Membership Services

• Benefits and Eligibility: Members of RxnCure enjoy exclusive access to premium content, priority booking for appointments, special discounts on all products, and early notifications of promotions. Eligibility for membership requires users to be at least 18 years old and reside within the regions where RxnCure operates.
• Fees and Payment: RxnCure offers three membership tiers:

• ₹149 for 3 months
• ₹249 for 6 months
• ₹489 for 1 year

Payments can be made using major credit cards, debit cards, or through net banking.

• Renewal and Cancellation: Membership automatically renews annually. Members can cancel their membership anytime through their account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid billing for the next period.
• Termination of Membership: RxnCure reserves the right to terminate memberships due to non-compliance with our terms, non-payment of fees, or for any other lawful reason. Affected members will be notified via email.

Subscription Services

• Scope of Subscription: Subscribers receive monthly deliveries of selected medications, along with access to continuous online health support and exclusive wellness content.
• Subscription Fees and Payment: Subscription plans start at ₹500 per month. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.
• Changes to Subscription Terms: RxnCure may modify subscription benefits or terms with a 30-day notice. All subscribers will be informed of changes via email and through notifications within the app.
• Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime through the subscriber's account interface. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds and Credits: Refunds for subscriptions are not typically provided. However, exceptions can be made in cases of service non-performance or non-delivery, at RxnCure's discretion.

General Terms Applicable to Both Membership and Subscription Services

• Modification of Services: RxnCure reserves the right to modify the scope of membership or subscription services at any time. Such modifications will be communicated to the affected users well in advance.
• User Responsibilities: Members and subscribers must maintain accurate and updated payment information. Failure to comply with terms of service may result in suspension or termination of services.
