v. The statement shall also certify and declare the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by you.
4. Investigation and Remedial Action
Upon receipt of your Claim, RxnCure shall meticulously and expeditiously investigate to ascertain whether your intellectual property rights have indeed been violated, as asserted in your Claim. In the course of this investigation, RxnCure reserves the right to request additional information and documentation from you, as well as from any other relevant parties.

ii. Account Suspension or Termination:

iii. Disclosure to Authorities:
If the situation warrants, RxnCure may disclose relevant information to law enforcement authorities for further investigation or legal action
5. False or Incomplete Claims
In circumstances where the information provided in your Claim is determined to be false, incomplete, or frivolous, RxnCure reserves the right not to take any remedial action. Additionally, RxnCure may, at its sole discretion, reactivate the URL specified in the Claim. Moreover, You may be subject to civil and potentially criminal proceedings as per applicable Indian laws.
