Community Guidelines & Platform Rules

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) explain how users, partners and stakeholders are expected to use RxnCure, a digital healthcare platform by Vitmeds India Private Limited (“Vitmeds”, “we”, “us”, “our”), in a safe, respectful and legally compliant manner. They apply to our pre-launch website and, as we go live, to the RxnCure apps and partner panels. These Guidelines should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Who These Guidelines Apply To

These Guidelines apply to:

  • Individual users, patients and caregivers who visit our website or use RxnCure apps and services.
  • Partner pharmacies, diagnostic labs, radiology centres, doctors / clinics, ambulance providers, blood banks and other healthcare partners (“Partners”).
  • Internal staff, representatives and vendors who access any RxnCure panel or tool.

2. Core Principles

Our community is built on the following principles:

  • Safety first: User safety, clinical safety and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable.
  • Respect & dignity: All interactions must be courteous, professional and non-discriminatory.
  • Compliance with law: All users and Partners must follow applicable Indian laws and guidelines.
  • Accuracy & honesty: Information you share with us must be truthful and not misleading.
  • Privacy & confidentiality: Personal and health information must be handled responsibly.

3. Guidelines for Patients, Users & Caregivers

3.1 Provide accurate information

  • Share correct details when joining waitlists, booking services or contacting support.
  • Do not impersonate another person or provide false medical or identity information.

3.2 Use medicines & services responsibly

  • Always follow your doctor’s advice and the instructions provided with any medicine or test.
  • Do not self-medicate with prescription-only medicines or share your prescription medicines with others.

3.3 Emergencies

  • RxnCure is not a substitute for local emergency services.
  • In case of any medical emergency, immediately call your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital.

3.4 Respectful communication

  • Use respectful language in chats, calls, feedback and reviews.
  • Do not use abusive, threatening, hateful or sexually explicit content on any RxnCure channel.

3.5 Reviews & feedback

  • Share honest, experience-based feedback without defamation or personal attacks.
  • Do not post fake reviews, paid reviews or reviews written on someone else’s behalf without disclosure.

4. Guidelines for Pharmacies & Retail / Wholesale Partners

4.1 Licensing & compliance

  • Maintain valid drug licences for each applicable location and business model as required by law.
  • Ensure that all dispensing, storage and sale of medicines comply with Drugs & Cosmetics laws and rules.

4.2 Factual & transparent listing

  • Ensure that product details (name, strength, pack, MRP, expiry etc.) are accurate and not misleading.
  • Do not list banned, fake, counterfeit or unapproved medicines or devices.

4.3 Prescription & order handling

  • Dispense prescription-only medicines strictly against a valid prescription, as per applicable regulations.
  • Follow all restrictions related to Schedule drugs and other controlled substances.

4.4 Data protection & confidentiality

  • Access user data only for legitimate order processing, support or compliance purposes.
  • Do not export, resell or misuse RxnCure user data or medical information outside approved flows.

5. Guidelines for Diagnostic Labs & Radiology Centres

  • Maintain valid lab licences / registrations and follow applicable quality standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure that test reports are accurate, timely and issued under proper supervision.
  • Use patient data and samples strictly for authorised diagnostic purposes and lawful retention requirements.

6. Guidelines for Doctors, Clinics & Teleconsultation

  • Follow applicable medical council regulations and telemedicine guidelines while using RxnCure tools.
  • Provide evidence-based, ethical medical advice and avoid any misleading or promotional prescriptions.
  • Maintain appropriate records, prescriptions and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

7. Guidelines for Emergency, Ambulance & Blood Bank Partners

  • Operate only with valid licences / permits for the relevant state and facility.
  • Ensure that response times, communication and handover to hospitals follow safe and lawful practices.
  • Keep logs and records required by local authorities and applicable health regulations.

8. Prohibited Behaviour on the Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited for all users and Partners:

  • Providing false identity, licence or medical information.
  • Attempting to obtain controlled, banned or unapproved medicines or tests.
  • Sharing prescriptions or reports publicly or in ways that violate patient confidentiality.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, abusive language or discriminatory behaviour.
  • Fraud, payment abuse, chargeback misuse or money-laundering using the platform.
  • Scraping, hacking, unauthorised access, or reverse engineering of the platform or its data.

9. Reporting Concerns & Violations

If you believe that any user, Partner or listing violates these Guidelines or applicable law, please contact us at care@rxncure.com with as much detail as possible.

For sensitive issues related to safety, fraud or misuse of medical services, we may also escalate matters to the relevant authorities, as required by law.

10. Enforcement & Actions We May Take

Depending on the severity and nature of the issue, RxnCure may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue warnings or advisory notices.
  • Temporarily restrict or suspend access to certain features or accounts.
  • Remove or modify content, listings, offers or reviews that violate these Guidelines.
  • Terminate partner relationships or user accounts for serious or repeated violations.
  • Report incidents to regulators or law enforcement, where required.

11. Relationship with Other Policies

These Guidelines are meant to be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of a conflict, the Terms & Conditions will generally prevail for legal interpretation.

12. Updates to These Guidelines

As RxnCure expands to cover additional services, locations and regulatory requirements, we may update these Guidelines. The “Effective date / Last updated” above indicates when this version was last revised.
